Understand Customer’s Needs before Launching a Product

Hundreds of products are launched every year in India providing customers with additional choices and options. From FMCG to telecom there are different industries working in India providing products to satisfy the basic needs of customers as well as making available a wide range of luxury products as well. Some of them have tied up with multinational brands from around the world to collaborate in launching exquisite international products.

We might find most of the products in market for long but some of them often face dead end. Some of us may ask the question, why? The product was good, related a popular brand, and priced normally the way it should but then why it had to face a dead end, instead of flourishing the way others do in the Indian market. Indian customers are progressive, mainly consisting of the modern youth that is determined towards their future and wants to enjoy a comfortable, luxurious life, but by remaining Indian at heart.
